Kanye West Attacks Vogue Magazine Boss Because Of Kim Kardashian!

Kanye West has reportedly confrontedAnna Wintour, Vogue's Chief editor, for ignoring his fiancée Kim Kardashian onVogue Magazine’s February issue. The rapper claims it’s an insult that the reality star was overlooked in favour of multi-talented Girls writer and director Lena Dunham.
According to RadarOnline, the hip hop artist believes Kim has a greater appeal than Lena and argued she is just as talented as Lena, if not more. The site reported yesterday that Kanye allegedly confronted Vogue’s chief editor Anna Wintour at the Beverly Hills Polo Lounge, demanding to know why Lena had been deemed a worthy cover girl for the February’s issue.
A close source disclosed that, 'Kanye knows that it's always been a huge dream of Kim’s to be on the Vogue cover and Kanye wants to make it come true. If for nothing else, Kanye is persistent.' The source added that Kanye is bitter becauseAnna is a personal friend, saying: "To Kanye, it’s insulting that his friend Anna is still refusing to even consider putting Kim on the cover of Vogue. For Better or Worse
I believe that being a good and productive South African citizen is like a marriage. In a marriage in takes both parties involve to work at it every day, the result is a happy ever after.
Recently considering the how many strikes, endless corruption by government leaders I'm disappointed to say that the marriage between government and the people is on the rocks.
The saying goes, you must lead by example. Luckily I did not follow in the current leaders foot steps. I only wish Fela Anikulapo Kuti could have told the people that being a good Nigerian takes hard work.
The people must work and not strike at every chance they get. The more they strike, the poorer the country becomes. yes promises were made by current leader and government, most of which was not kept. But still the people have faith in them, voting every time, repeating the mistake to believe in empty promises. VOTE for what you believe is right, write your own legacy.
You can't follow someone's legacy, you can only learn from it, and try to be more exceptional.

What is this thing we call 'trust'???

The great French Renaissance thinker Michel de Montaigne believed that "nothing is so firmly believed as that which is least known". The concept of trust is a bit like this; everyone believes in trust and recognises its importance, but we seem to know very little about how to achieve it. How often do we hear company executives extolling the virtues of trust to their staff and stakeholders but then acting in untrustworthy ways? How often do partnerships or alliances fail because of a lack of trust? How often do government public initiatives fail because the people do not trust the government? How much importance does lack of trust among our ethnic and cultural groups have in preventing the blossoming of our country?
So, what is this thing called trust that people readily believe in, but have so much difficulty in achieving? Dictionary definitions tend to focus on terms like 'worthiness of being relied on', 'confidence in truth', all-purpose social glue' or something that 'imposes moral obligations'. Not a great deal of help if one wants to be practical about it. Perhaps we should rather view trust as a catalyst that helps people communicate more effectively with each other, thereby promoting co-operation. In a chemical reaction, a catalyst speeds up the process but remains unchanged once the reaction is complete. So too with trust, it speeds up communication and brings about rapid and sustainable co-operation by eliminating any misunderstanding of the motives. Like a catalyst, trust should remain unchanged, which is in contradiction with the view of many where trust is seen as something that has to be earned and easily broken by inappropriate or false behaviour. Viewing trust as a slowly accumulating but easily diminishable 'stock' is probably one of the main reasons why total trust is so seldom achieved.
Our tendency to force people to delegate much of their thinking to so-called experts is possibly another reason for our failure to achieve trust. In many businesses today, experts in the form of consultants are called in to solve all sorts of perceived human resources, organisational or financial problems, usually at great expense. Given the opportunity, many of these problems could be solved by the employees themselves who, while they may not necessarily have the right academic qualifications, have significant 'in-house' experience and a much better 'feel' and empathy for the company's culture. The same applies to South Africans being given freedom to try and to solve South Africa’s problems, without any censorship or ‘state security’ problems. Being denied these opportunities for making a contribution to their company or country does little to instil a spirit of trust. If such a spirit did exist, the people would have a far greater willingness to work together and multidisciplined teams could be formed from within the company or the country that would promote ongoing co-operative learning. This, in turn, would go a long way to establishing a trusting business or citizen community.
Leaders and managers, government officials and political parties, can do much to establish and maintain trust. They can also do a great deal of harm. In this regard, the most important element is the vision they communicate to their staff, communities or constituents. They need first to believe in the vision themselves and to realise that visions are very fragile creations that can be destroyed by heavy-handed daily routines and inconsistencies. Incongruent action, no action, losing staff in detail and over-complications can cause the vision to become increasingly hazy. Leading and managing means constant, supportive and enthusiastic mentoring and coaching in the vision. Trust will grow as the vision becomes clearer; it will die as it is smothered.
Because of the complex interplay between motives, intentions, actions and behaviour, it may appear that trust is an extremely difficult concept to apply and achieve. As with many other behavioural patterns, psychologists are using the science of complexity in trying to find a few seemingly simple rules that can break through the perceived complexity and in so doing reveal a degree of order.
- Adele Lyon (In Search of Honor) may have found these. She lists four factors that she believes collectively will provide the best way of building and maintaining trust. They are 'importance', 'touch', 'gratitude' and 'contributions'. By importance she means making people feel that their participation, however small and mundane it may be, is still meaningful. Touch means having a caring attitude toward people, gratitude means simply just saying thank you and contributions mean that all must share in the effort. These four simple, yet very powerful, rules can result in a high level of trust emerging from a dark and complex environment of mistrust, envy, suspicion and apathy. Seeing how well these rules work in practice, in our individual, social, community and at a national level, will also provide us with a better understanding of what trust is really about. We owe it to ourselves to at least try!

Even though his chiselled body has already graced too many ads across the nation, if not the world, the Spice Boy is billed to surprise his millions of fans by eliminating all his cloths in public.
The 38 year old sex symbol admits it’s a different and not-so-easy game when it came to stripping down for the sensual and suspenseful ad. "Having it [the ad] at theSuper Bowl, it's no bigger and better than that," the blond beau of Victoria Beckhamsaid, "So, it's kind of daunting because obviously there are so many people watching it. But I'm excited to see what people think." He ended.
The H&M campaign was filmed with two different endings. One version shows the hunk completely stripped down, as the other shows him in boxer briefs. Meanwhile fans will become the deciding factor as to which ad goes up. Without disclosing his opinion, David claimed to have an inkling at which one will win, which he said to be "even more nerve-racking."
The soccer star is seen struggling to find a way to his destination – studio after been locked out - between using his shirt as a sling to zipline across rooftops and one of his sexy billboards or simply running around like a madman. Anti-Gay Law Rev. Jide Macaulay Fears For Nigerian Gays
As Nigerians come to terms with the Same Sex Marriage Prohibition Bill signed byPresident Goodluck Jonathan a few weeks ago, renowned gay and founder of House of Rainbow Church, a church that harbors homosexuals and lesbians,Reverend Jide Macaulay, has come out to say that with the new law, gays in the country might start committing suicide since they would be denied their rights and freedom.
Rev. Macaulay also said that he has been receiving many calls, emails and online messages expressing fear, anger, anxiety and suicide attempts by his ‘people’. This is how he expressed his worries:
“On January 7th, President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan signed the Same Sex Marriage Prohibition Bill 2013 into law.
“The law bans same sex marriage, and through its wording, also seeks to criminalize people, organizations and agencies that support homosexuality and those who do not immediately report any known homosexuals, or homosexual activities.
“Since January12th, when the announcement was made, the LGBT-community has been thrown into panic. There is chaos throughout Nigeria as we are grappling with keeping up with mass arbitrary arrest, humiliation, blackmail, extortion and police corruption in several ‘charge and bail’ cases.
“The hostility in Nigeria against gay people has reached epic proportions. In the East of Nigeria, many are fleeing their homes. One gay man, labelled “a leader of the homosexual” is on the run. His parents and brother were threatened with arrest if they don’t provide information about his whereabouts.”
Horrible! HIV Student Secretly Videotapes Spreading Virus To 32 Women
A student at the Lindenwood University in Missouri has been charged for voluntarily spreading HIV virus to more than 30 women; after a recording was found in his room of his sex exploits over the weekend.
According to reports, Michael Johnson did not only know he was HIV positive, spreading it without saying a word but he also videotaped everything. Police say they saw close to 32 sessions on tapes they found in his room.
There is still no concrete report on the exact number of women Johnson must have deliberately infected; not to mention how many of those women have ‘boyfriends’ or children.
If found guilty, the former athlete is likely to face the 'death penalty' for voluntary manslaughter, according to News4.

If we are to go by the words of United Kingdom based Jamaican babe, Sunshine Haye, then Nigerian super star singer, Davido, may soon join the ranks of celebrities who have kids out of wedlock as she claimed that the ‘Skelewu’ creator is the man responsible for her pregnancy which is in its 5 month.
The 23 years old pretty babe who is an hair model and video vixen, took to her Twitterhandle to state that she hooked up with the21 years old ‘Omo Baba Olowo’ during one of his UK tour and they had some tryst which resulted in a pregnancy she is now carrying which may produce twin girls in the next four months.
Sunshine Haye further stated that she is so happy that she is expecting the ‘Gobe’crooner’s babies and has already chosen names for the twins and has gone on to decorate a Disney themed nursery for the babies.
But those who are in the know say Davidoand the babe has been an item since 2012and that they have been exchanging messages and that anytime Davido went to London, they were always together, knocking themselves up.
We also gather that on her birthday inApril, Davido sent her several messages, telling her how much he loved and missed her.

Pregnancy Alert! “Rita Edmond Is Not Pregnant For Me”- Phyno
A report which was anonymously sent to media outlets, claimed that the rapper, had impregnated Rita Edmond, with whom he has been romantically involved with. Phyno denied.

The report also stated that Rita plans to carry out an abortion, much to the disapproval of Phyno, who sent her holidaying in Dubai for Christmas.
Speaking with Punch, Phyno however denied the existence of the alleged foetus, stating clearly that he has never had an acquaintance with Rita Edmond.
“Believe it or not, I’ve never met or spoken to anyone by that name. I haven’t made any woman pregnant either. If people need three seconds of fame I’m glad that my name could help.” he says.
